What is the minimum amount of makeup you must have on before walking out the door?

I won't leave the house without at least mascara, blush and my hair done. This is a every day thing for me. I wear eyeliner as well and eye shadow if I get to go on a date with my husband. Doesn't matter no matter what I don't leave the house with these three things done.
Do you have to have the total face done (foundation, concealer, eye shadow, eye liner, mascara, blush, lipstick) before you are willing to leave the house?
Not for work but for everyday stuff..

I try to put minimum lipstick and blush, with a quick layer of mascara. Honestly, if I have the time, I like to try out different looks, different techniques I have learned from our make up artist and do the total face.
